Gretchen is a woman after my own heart and absolutely loves pink! 💗🎀💓 As a result I used various shades of pinks and creams to create the floral design for Robert’s proposal to her.
Robert chose this breathtaking backdrop of the Waldorf Astoria at Monarch Beach – so creating a floral design for this outdoor gazebo got to be the icing on the cake! Even a space as beautiful as the Monarch Beach Resort is elevated with the right floral design. We brought in a super fun rose-gold bar cart for two reasons – one to add photos of the couple throughout their journey together (so far), and two to put wine and glasses out to celebrate and pop some bottles later! If anyone out there is hoping to get engaged soon, I would definitely recommend getting a photographer as the day will go by in a flash but the photos will last forever! Ashley Burns did a great job capturing these sweet moments. The engagement went smoothly and Gretchen was ecstatic! To top it all off, even the sky showed up as the perfect shade of blush pink for the evening.
